Hi,

I’m using a Nintex responsive form within SharePoint and would like to know how to go about displaying certain items pulling from an external list within the form.

I have a dropdown that pulls values from an external list but displays like below… I don’t want to see the items that have a red X by it.

Is it possible to apply something here to prevent from displaying? I’ve tried applying a few things but I can’t get anything to display.

Hi @jpacheco,

I just tested this filtering capability, and it seems to work as expected.
The only thing I see here that may cause an issue is that the items you want to hide have a similar name to one of the items you want to show.

Hi @jpacheco
Has this answered your question?

@SimonMuntz ,

That is right to your last comment… Is this not possible?

I want to show the single items, not the options with commas or that displays more than one…

Thanks

Hi @jpacheco,

I have looked into this, and I don't see a way to filter out items that contain a comma.

@SimonMuntz ,

I appreciate your responses but went another route and figured out how to get it to work. Thanks again!
