I know the information inputted within a form can be exported as an Excel document, however can the information also be exported in to a PDF? Similar to the look of the form?

Hi Laura,

You should be able to save a form as a PDF if you have it open, there is a Print as PDF button in the toolbar. This should capture the form the way that you are viewing it with formatting.

Unfortunately there is not a workflow action for this currently.

Thanks,

Callum

Hmm it doesn't seem as if I have that on my ribbon as a feature. Is it possible I have an older version of Nintex?

Sorry, that was the view when I go in to edit the form. When opening as a new form this is the ribbon.

Print To PDF button is available in the Enterprise version only.

No worries...I was able to create a button and use JavaScript. That worked like a charm!
