Dynamically Change Drop Down values based on single line text control values

Hi,

I'm using O365 Classic forms.

In a form the user enters up to five different(depending on the situation it varies from 1-5) values as below.

I want the values entered above to be the values of the drop down control inside a repeating section as below.

Any idea on how this could be done?
