SharePoint Online is not automatically opening the nintex form even though metadata is required to be filled out in the SharePoint list. Is there a setting to force SharePoint online to open the nintex O365 form upon file upload?

This functionality only works in the Classic experience in O365, and you must have one other required field apart from Name.
