Currently I am having the WF with action items with elevated permissions to add the item into other site collection in same tenant. I am getting "Unable to reach destination server" error message in Office 365 Upload File action items.
Kindly provide the solution on this.

Seems like a permissions issue on the account you are attempting to use to access the other site. I could be wrong, but that's where I would start looking.
