Change 'Specify your own value' label in Forms

Hi, I have a list with a Choice field set to 'Allow 'Fill-in' choices'. On the form this displays with the text label of 'Specify your own value:'.

 

Is there any way I can change this to a custom label?

You can change in control setting | Appearance

    This is not possible within the current product without using CSS or JavaScript. Nintex does not support using CSS or JavaScript however.
