I'm having a bunch of trouble accessing the Customer Central. Always (even after reseting my password) getting no contact or account found for this email.

 

Currently on a Nintex Workflow I'm having the following messages:

 

  • Migration status for your tenant cannot be accessed. Please try again later.
     
  • Connection Manager is temporarily unavailable.
     
  • This action has been upgraded and now supports the new Connection manager. Create or select an existing connection in the dropdown below. Click here to learn more.
     
    What can I do to solve this issue. What does it mean Migration Status for your tenant cannot be accessed???

If you are having issues accessing Customer Central and you need to log a case you can email support@nintex.com.
