Hello Team, is there a way to auto populate the manager name in nintex form using 365? I want simplify a process by filling out in the form automatically the current user and his manager.

You want the userProfileLookup, but unfortunately, that's not yet supported in O365 (though you should vote for it here: userprofilelookup Runtime Function – Customer Feedback for Nintex ). You can do this via Workflow if you don't *have* to have it on the form for a new item.
