Recently the Nintex has been updated to SharePoint online.

We have some scripts which is using nintex API with old version. 'https://workflowo365.nintex.com/api/clientarea/version1/PublishAPI'

 

Can you please give me the latest api to be used for SharePoint online.

The latest API documentation for all of our products can be found in the Nintex Help Files. The O365 SDK in this case will be what you are looking for.
