Just as my thread title asks, is there any chance that Print to PDF is part of the regular licensing structure? We have a requirement to be able to print a form out of SharePoint, but no way to do it at this point in time. We have a standard license and cannot justify the additional cost for Enterprise for this one feature

You could create your PDF's with a workflow and the Document Generation action and only pay for this feature. https://help.nintex.com/en-US/o365/o365/O365WorkFlow/DocGen/DocumentGeneration.htm
