Hi,

Is there a way to 'add signature fields' while using the Nintex sign powered by Adobe?

By default, the signing part is at the bottom of the document but I would like to change the position of where the receiver could sign.

Thanks

Hi Hameed

Yes, you can insert standard tags provided by Adobe on your document at the location of document you need the signature to be inserted

Hi Ashish,

Thanks for your reply and solution.

Is it possible to define in the 'Nintex Sign powered by Adobe sign' control to use only digital signatures instead of having to add a text tag in the document?

Regards

Hameed

Hi Hameed,

Can you please provide me a bit more information on use case, as far as I understand 'Nintex Sign powered by Adobe Sign' is workflow action that is configured to generate send documents for signatures to signees. Documents(or templates) for signatures can be stored in SharePoint Library or Nintex Sign(Adobe). Signature tags are placed on templates to allow users to provide desired type of signatures at desired locations in document.

I may be able to provide you with further advise, if I have a better understanding of what you are trying to achieve

Regards,
Ashish
