So I need to add an attachment control to a repeating section in my O365 responsive form but cannot and I see that many others in the past cannot add attachment controls to repeating sections either…
Is there a work around? Or???

No, there is no workaround for this solution.
This is because repeating section data is stored in XML format.
There is no way to embed a file in XML, so it's not possible to have an attachment control in the repeating section.
