Issue Description
When executing the Add method for a Rest Endpoint Service to add a serialized value to the Smartobject, an error occurs.
Error Message
The following errors occur: “code 400 exception” or “code 500 exception”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP28 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP28 to apply the fix.
Considerations
After applying the Fix Pack the REST service instance must be refreshed and the SmartObjects must be regenerated.
