Hi, We have created a workflow which includes subworkflows. This workflow creates a task and assigns it to a user and the user then can either redirect, share or take action. Therefor, the task will go through different stages. How can we get a audit report of all the different steps of the task including also any user redirection and task share. Appreciate any help

Hi Elvis, thank you for your help but from this report you can get only information about the main workflow and not any sub-workflows. Also you don't get information about any task redirection or share. Am i missing something?

Good day SLLG,

In addition to what (elvisjacob) has mentioned alternatively, you could possibly make use of  the

K2 Five supported approach which is to utilize the standard out of the box Workflow Reporting SmartObjects which are located here (Workflow Reports --> Workflow General).

These are the SmartObjects that we now use for our reporting with the newer versions of K2 - From K2 Five onward.
You would have to go through the SmartObjects located inside the Workflow General folder and find the ones that would work for you regarding the reporting features that you would like to use. For example, if you wish to see the instances of each workflow, you would want to utilize the Process Instance or the Event Instance SmartObjects.
You would have to test the SmartObjects to see what information you wish to capture and utilize.

More information about the new supported Reporting SmartObjects can be found here: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/userguide/5.1/default.htm#K2-Management-Site/Workflow_Server/Reports/ProcInstDetail/ProcessInstDetail.htm

Hello  @SLLG,

For the audit report of all different steps, you have to go to Process Instance Data Audit Report.
