I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but we cannot seem to get the hyperlinks to work from the rich text on a pdf of a Nintex Form (new responsive designer is being used).

SharePoint Online list settings:

Nintex Form Designer:

Nintex Form (Display Mode)

Print settings for both MS Print to PDF or Save as PDF is not preserving the hyperlinks. If you look at my cursor, the hand disappears before I even click the blue print button.

What are we doing wrong? The link is the “file URL” produced from NAC workflow so it should work…..the code as plain text is:

The link as plain text that is being produced looks like this (I replaced our domain for security reasons in the below code):

File <a href="https://xxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/ITSharePointTeam/BPA Documentation/- BPA Packages/Test Process 1 (RITM0000000)/User Testing_Corp-IT MCA Test Process 1_v.1_2023-12-28 09_16_40.docx">User Testing_Corp-IT MCA Test Process 1_v.1_2023-12-28 09_16_40.docx</a> sent to the business to conduct user testing from the MCA Team.

Also, this is the same behavior in edge AND chrome - tested in both!
