We are getting the following error when a workflow is trying to Create a Case in Salesforce.  None of use can tell what field is causing the issues.  Is there any way to determine more details about this error from the Nintex or SF side?

@jt-vestwell do you have any Apex triggers on your Case object in SFDC? This sounds like some kind of trigger isn't being provided with all of the expected parameters from the progromatic update and therefore the SFDC API is returning that error to NWC.
