Session Cannot be Renewed due to Pop-up Blocker

Issue
If you leave a SmartForm browser session unattended and try to access it again, you may receive the following error: Connection to the Web Service failed, the Web Service is unreachable.
This is due to the browser blocking the renew pop-up dialog.
Resolution
Click on the pop-up dialog window, select the Always allow pop-ups.... option and then sign in again.
