Hello everyone,

We have K2 Five (5.4) FP40. For some time we have problem with loading process details in K2 Management. Spinner just keeps on going and there is no info loaded in tabs: Instances, rights, roles, versions. This error is on every workflow. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there,
If you have access to the VM/Server, you can try restarting the K2 Service and doing an iisreset. I would also recommend updating to the latest CU/ FP if you are not on it already

Thank you for reply. I already tried restarting k2 server and IIS and it did not help. There seems to be problem when working with chrome browser. I tried opening management studio on Edge and it works fine (at least for now). Clearing cache, browsing history etc. didn't help on chrome.
