📘 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why did we change to a new Learning Management System (LMS)?

The Customer Education landscape is constantly evolving, and we’re evolving with it. We’ve been exploring the best ways to deliver impactful learning experiences, so we’ve upgraded to Gainsight CE to deliver a simpler, smarter, and more engaging learning experience for you. The new platform makes it easier to develop skills, adopt Nintex products more quickly, and maximize the value of your learning journey.

2. How did this migration impact you?

The migration process was designed to ensure that your completed training history and records were securely carried over to the new platform. You’ll now find all your past completions stored in your profile under the “Transcript” section.

However, please note that any courses, learning paths, or certifications that were still in progress or not started by September 17, 2025, were not migrated to the new platform. We encourage you to explore the new platform and re-enroll in any courses to continue your learning journey seamlessly.

In addition, only active profiles accessed within the past 24 months were migrated. If you haven’t logged in during that time, your previous profile and records were not moved. All user roles were successfully carried over; however, any user with the Group Manager role will have their site view refreshed, which will display correctly within the coming week.

3. Has the process for accessing Nintex University changed?

No, you will log in through the new Nintex University using the same login details as you did before the migration. The only change is that generic email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are no longer allowed for new registrations.

We strongly recommend that all users register for Nintex University using their corporate email address. This ensures that learning data is accurately linked to their organization, making it easier for us to maintain up-to-date records, provide faster support when requested, and give your organization better visibility into training progress and adoption. Using a corporate email helps create a more seamless learning experience while allowing us to manage and track data effectively.

4. What happens to my saved or shared Nintex University links?

The Nintex University URL (learn.nintex.com) remains the same, but direct links to specific courses, learning paths, or certifications will no longer work. We will also be spending the next couple of days updating our internal links to ensure everything points to the correct locations. If you’ve shared or saved bookmarks or embedded training links, these will need to be updated to the new locations. Please get in touch with us if you have a list of links that need updating. We’ll provide support and guidance to make the transition as seamless as possible.

5. Where will we receive communications from?

All communications from the new LMS will be sent from a new email address. Therefore, it is essential to check your spam/junk folder and update any email rules or firewall settings to ensure that messages are delivered to your inbox. The address information is:

  • Display name: Nintex University
  • Email address: nintex.university@nintex.com

6. Where can I find updates or get help?

We know change comes with questions, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. If you notice anything missing, encounter challenges, or have suggestions for improvement, please reach out to the Nintex Customer Enablement team at enablement@nintex.com.
