After conducting months of research and collecting valuable feedback from our Nintex customers, we are extremely excited to announce that from early November, we're releasing a new Nintex Analytics portal!
Here are some key improvements we're delivering with the new Nintex Analytics portal:
- Scalable infrastructure: the new portal has been built from the ground up using Azure Data Lakes, which ensures a performing experience and enables deeper insights across your Nintex process platform.
- Data Accuracy: by rebuilding our data infrastructure from scratch, we were able to ensure data accuracy as a first and most important goal. We know how critical data is for key decision-making and that had the highest focus from our Engineering and Product teams.
- Ease of Use: Smooth migration from Nintex Hawkeye, little time to get started
- Single sign-on: users can now leverage their Nintex Customer Central credentials to sign in, reducing friction and time wasted to remember separate credentials.
As a Hawkeye user, our goal is to make your transition to the new portal as smooth as possible, so we're taking care of migrating your account and all Hawkeye tenants to the next portal. We'll be in touch in the coming weeks with more detailed information on what to expect, but we wanted to make sure, as a valuable user you have some guidance on what's coming in advance, so below are some important info to be across now:
Getting started with the new Nintex Analytics Portal:
- Step 1: All current Hawkeye users should receive an email on the go-live date to complete their account setup. Emails should be expected on 9th November 2020.
- Step 2: Users will complete their account set up by choosing a new password. If they have a Nintex Customer Central account, they can use that to log in.
- Step 3: Users are redirected to their new Nintex Analytics Workspace (same as a Hawkeye tenant) where they can connect their Nintex data connections and start visualizing their data.
Important points for migrated Hawkeye users:
- All Hawkeye users will automatically have a Nintex Analytics workspace provisioned.
- Data connections connected to the workspace:
- Nintex Workflow Cloud and Sharepoint o365 users should have their Hawkeye connections done as part of the data migration.
- Sharepoint OnPrem will require the installation of a new Talon/installer (we'll share information on where to access the new installer)
- Previously created Lenses will not be migrated as the construct of lenses will cease to exist in the new portal
- Lenses will be replaced by out of the box dashboards and deep-dive views
- Trial customers won’t be migrated, so customers with an active trial license will not be able to access a Nintex Analytics Workspace unless they have an active Enterprise Workflow license.
- With the new Nintex Analytics Portal going live, a retirement plan for Hawkeye will be initiated with the final retirement date to announced in the early months of 2021 (planned). For now, your access to Hawkeye will remain active until further notice. We highly recommend however that you start using the new portal as we'll be actively delivering more features and data.
This is just the first step, and more data and features should follow in the coming months!
Keep an eye out for further communications and announcements.
