Nintex Promapp Add User, Error Message "Username Already Exists"

Issue

When trying to add a user, the Promaster may see an error message that reads "Username Already Exists"

 

Error Code

"Username Already Exists"

 

Resolution

  1. Ensure user is not an active user in your Nintex Promapp site.
    • You can search for them using the Magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
    • You can filter using the alphabet at the top of your page
  2. If you don't see your user, when on the Users tab select the cog wheel in the top right corner of your page 
  3. Select "Display Inactive Users"

  4. You will be able to re-enable the inactive user. If he/she has forgotten their password then you can reset it too
