Where it really depends on the situation at hand, Tech Support will typically need you to copy/paste in plain text all this information in an initial case to help us get to resolution as swiftly as we possibly can:



Additional Information
If you send the information in the form of screen shots, there is a high likelihood that there will be delays due to the TS Engineer having to type the information out and may transpose numbers and/or letters.
It is also very helpful to have a screen shot of the problem and/or error code!
