Issue

The Bulk Add Users tool is not working.

Resolution

 

The Bulk Add Users tool and Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO) are not compatible with one another and SSO will need to be turned off before you can bulk add users this way.  Please reach out to our Tech Support Team by emailing them at support@nintex.com and request to turn this off.

 

You will need to have a window of about a week so we can coordinate with our Development Team to get a resource for this task.  As soon as it's turned off, we'll let you know so you can add your users, then we'll be awaiting your request to turn it back on!
