Getting information from AssureSign Jotblock into Workflow

I have a AssureSign template going out to customers to complete. It has several jotblocks worth of information that I would like to use elsewhere in a workflow (for example, Address). While I can get the completed form as a pdf, I’m not seeing how to get the jotblock’s information.
