The customer submitted several documents for e-sign but was unable to see any documents in the history. The customer wanted to know if the documents were deleted and by whom.
The Ready to download email was provided to show proof that the document did exist.

Instructions
After reviewing the customer’s account settings, it was found that the customer had set to have the finalized documents deleted after 90 days.

The email provided showed the document was completed on 11/27/2024 which was past the 90 days.
Additional Information
It is our policy to store completed documents up to 2 years, then permanently delete them, unless otherwise noted in the customer contract and the setting is not set to something less than 2 years.
