Why does my AssureSign template not appear in the dropdown of available templates in the ‘Get a signature’ action?
Instructions
The AssureSign ‘Get a signature’ action does not currently support partial templates. Please ensure that you are using a non-partial template for it to be made available from within Nintex Workflow Cloud.
A ‘partial’ template is a template that has either been configured without a document or JotBlock, or a template that has been forced into a state via external configuration where it cannot be sent for signing.
