Is it possible to run DocGen package to generate document in Salesforce as a guest user (i.e. unauthenticated user), from either Apex or Flow?

Hi @rcen-odm - negative. Easiest thing I can think of would be to use a Flow + Outbound Message. It’s a little old school but you can set a “User to Send as” in an Outbound Message (meaning we’d generate the document as however is set in the User to Send as).
