I have created a package on Opportunity and have also creaated a Advanced button on Opportunities list view to run the reports. When I run the report (which has opportunity ID as the first field as required) a window appears saying its getting processed but the no processed templates are showing up in the DocGen Queue tab in salesforce. The template is working fine on one test record on the package but not for mass generation.
