In word you will want to use the word feature of Sum( above) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sum-a-column-or-row-of-numbers-in-a-table-110097a9-76c9-449d-a092-82df0ff548d0
this way each table grouped will be reevaluated after its creation
