We are trying to test some changes we did in our Salesforce Stage sandbox to raise our Health Check score, and would like to test DocGen there, but I’m getting the “Authorization required to run” message. We want to test in Stage before updating our Full sandbox, which is used by our users for final testing. How do we authorize our Stage sandbox?

There are 2 ways to authorize and depends on the Connected apps setting in Salesforce for Nintex.
Self authorize = just click the run button, a popup will show and approve.
Preauthorized = you have specified what profiles are pre authed so the end user does not need to get prompted.
