Is there anyway to use the DocGen Package filter field in docgen lightning component??

No, currently there is no configuration ability with the Lightning Component. This will have to be done via a Button experience.

You could use a Screen Flow. Like the Lightning Component, it will keep you on the same page but the experience is much more flexible. ---
