Deactivated Schedule Report still running

A deactivated scheduled report keeps running and being sent for email delivery.  I have activated/deactivated multiple times without success.  I have resorted to removing all recipients from the DocGen package as I do not want to delete the overall package, just in case we need to reinstate it later on.  Any idea why it keeps running on its own?

@kpowell If you have deactivated multiple times, I would raise it with support(support@nintex.com). They might be able to find the cause of the issue.
