Is there a way to make an email a pdf and attach it into Office 365? I was asked to save email into Sharepoint but I have not seen the option. As anyone done this before?

Hi @Nayla  -

Yes, this scenario can be done. First, you will want to create the Integration for O365 on the Nintex Admin Tab: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgensf/Admin/Integrations/ThirdPartyIntegrations.htm#microcontent2

Then using the Classic interface for the DocGen Package Email Deliver Option, on the bottom, there will be an ‘Attach Options’ Section

  1. Check Allow and Require document storage
  2. in the ‘Store As’ drop down, Select ‘Office 365’

This will then attach the generated PDF to the storage location while sending the email.

Hope that sends ya down the right path. If you run into any issues feel free to submit a support case  at Support@nintex.com

Thanks!
