How to replicate data in a PDF Template

Instructions

Replication in a PDF Template is not supported as seen in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Template using <<Tag_Start>>. In PDF Templates, to achieve a similar behavior of replication, please review the information below.

Option 1
1. Ensure the PDF Template is configured with the appropriate number of lines and corresponding Text Form boxes for the desired number of Rows in the use case.
2. Tag the first row of Text Forms with the appropriate Field tags. e.g.:(Opp_Product_Product2, Opp_Product_UnitPrice, Opp_Product_Quantity)
3. For any additional records past the first record, append ( __1, __2, __3, etc..) to the Field Tags depending on the template design and data needed. (The lines are UnderscoreUnderscore# for the example)

See the example Below:

Option 2:

Use Connected Data/Excel as Middleware to replicate and map data to specific custom Single-Cell tags.
https://community.nintex.com/docgen-for-salesforce-33/drawloop-excel-as-middleware-connected-data-and-named-ranges-from-excel-templates-28158

The concept is the same as Option 1, but allows for data to be merged and manipulated/formatted if necessary then push data out to the specific Single-Cell Tag determined by Excel logic.
