Issue
When trying to upload a new document into Salesforce, you can receive this error if the file exceeds the limit.
Resolution
1. If possible, reduce the file size by removing images, tables, of formulas inside the document.
2. Upload templates in the Salesforce files instead as they have a larger limitation when uploading files.
3. Upload template to an external source which allows you to link the public URL to the document. (When uploading to an external source, the template will have to be publicly available for Nintex Drawloop to be able to pull).
Additional Information
This is a Salesforce limit and not a Drawloop limit. Below is a link with the file limit in this error as well as all of the other file limits.
