Users are seeing There are no available DocGen Packages for this record when running a DocGen Package
Resolution
Please verify the following:
1. User Profile is on the Set Security/Availability of the DocGen Package
2. If using a Button experience - ensure any filters or hardcoded ddpids are valid and the User Profile is on those DocGen Packages
3. Navigate to Salesforce Setup | Sharing Settings | DocGen Package >
- Ensure the internal user's access level is set to Public read/write
- For Community Users - ensure the external user's access level is set to Public read/write
