Issue
Users in the APAC region using Scheduled Reports scheduled for the 1st of the month will only execute as early as 10am local time
Error Code
None - Scheduled Report fires a day earlier than expected
Resolution
1. If you are having an issue with the Schedule report timing, please reach out to Support@nintex.com. We may need to have the time sent on our side manually.
2. Use a Salesforce Flow to run your DocGen Packages at a preferred Scheduled time. Flow has many additional options which may meet your needs.
