Does the retirement of Salesforce Platform API Versions 21.0 thru 30.0 affect the Nintex DocGen product?
Our Product team has confirmed Nintex Drawloop DocGen for Salesforce is not using any of the Salesforce API versions 21.0 - 30.0. There will be no change in behavior or performance.
There are many Salesforce APIs. The specific Salesforce API it is using is not among those in the scope of this retirement. The notes in this article explicitly call this out:
- This retirement does not include the following:
- Custom Apex REST & SOAP Web Services, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, or Visualforce Pages*.
- Affect managed package versions that are pointing to metadata content less than or equal to version 30.0.
