Drawloop - PDF has no pages / Corrupt PDF

Problem

When Generating a DocGen Package, a PDF Template or Attachment being merged into the output is corrupt somehow. When merging with other documents, the corrupt PDF corrupts the documents it is merging with, resulting in an error.

Solution

Resave or Optimize the PDF document and replace it in the DocGen Package run.

Option 1 - Save As:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro
2. File - Save As
3. Select the location
4. Rename the File
5. Save

Option 2 - Optimized PDF:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro
2. File - Save as Other
3. Select - Optimized PDF
4. Select - OK
5. Select the location
6. Rename the File
7. Save

Re-upload the newly saved document to the DocGen Package or Attachment and re-run the generation process.
