Issue
In Lightning, the Nintex DocGen app may not be visible in the App Launcher for all users
Resolution
- Navigate to Setup and search 'App Menu'
- Select 'App Menu' from the 'Manage Apps' section
- Locate the app 'Nintex DocGen' in the list of Apps
- 'Hidden in App Launcher' will show, select this to toggle to 'Visible in App Launcher'
- At this point you can also drag the Nintex DocGen App to the top of the list if desired
