Drawloop - Maximum view state size limit exceeded - Job Queue / Automated DocGen Instances

ISSUE

When trying to access the Job Queue / Automated DocGen Instances page or running a Document Package, the page fails to load and the following error occurs:

Maximum view state size limit (###KB) exceeded

ERROR CODE

Maximum view state size limit (###KB) exceeded

RESOLUTION

The Job Queue / Automated DocGen Instances Page holds Errors for 7 days. Currently, on Package Version 18.5 and below -  there is no way to clear the errors until the time has passed and the View State Limit is no longer occurring. 
 
In Package Version 18.6 and above we have enabled the ability to download a CSV file of the errors. Please see the Help Documentation here: https://help.nintex.com/en-US/docgensf/Admin/AutomatedDocGenInstances.htm
 
NOTE: Upgrading will allow for downloading a report if you experience this issue. Currently, the new Automated Instance page will not show the Status, ONLY errors are available for download. Please see our UserVoice below as we continue to update and improve. 
 
If you need to see the older Job Queue Status Page - you can append the following to your Salesforce base URL 
/apex/loop__jobqueuestatus
Example: https://mydomain.lightning.force.com/apex/loop__jobqueuestatus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This can happen on custom visual force pages.

Salesforce allows Visualforce pages to have a maximum view state size of 135KB or 170KB.
Note that a smaller view state size generally means quicker load times. It is a best practice to avoid pushing an excessive amount of data on the page.
