When running automated processes the Document Generation errors with  "UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, unable to obtain exclusive access to this record"

 

This occurs due to other programs or logic locking the records when Drawloop DocGen is trying to get access for the DocGen Run.
This root cause of this issue can only be diagnosed with Salesforce debug logs.
