Issue
An error occurs when sending DocGen Package to DocuSign.
"There is a problem with your DocuSign credentials: The UserID does not have a valid membership in this DocuSign Account. (ExternalError)"

Resolution
To resolve this, verify the two options below.
1. Is the DocGen Admin Tab Authorized?

2. Do the Users being referenced have valid DocuSign UserID for the DocuSign Account being referenced? This can be found on the Salesforce User Detail page.
