When generating a with an Email Delivery Option, the following error might occur:(invalid_cross_reference_key): invalid cross reference id (InternalError) Include this Error Id if you contact Nintex Support

RESOLUTION
- Make sure the user account has access to the Email Template.
- If the DocGen Package was Migrated to the environment > Reassociate the following fields:
- Email Template
- Org-wide email
- Navigate to Setup > Email Administration > Organization-Wide Addresses and verify Organization-Wide Email Address.
- Navigate to Setup > Deliverability and verify that Access Level is set to All Email.
