Drawloop - Error "End of Central Directory record could not be found"

Issue

When uploading a file to a document package, the following error might occur:

Resolution

• If using CipherCloud encryption gateway, upload the document directly into Salesforce and bypass the encryption.
• If uploading a document from SharePoint, or from another third-party site/program, download the file first, and then upload it into Salesforce.
