ISSUE
When running a DDP in Google Chrome, the following JavaScript error might occur:

ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
In Chrome, disable or remove “Dragon Web Extension”.
  1. Open Chrome browser.
  2. Navigate to the browser settings.
  3. Select "Extensions".
  4. Uncheck “Dragon Web Extension”.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This error is due to a conflict with a "Text for Speech" app in a browser.
