Resolution
This occurs due to additional formatting on the desired tags.
1. In the Template, inspect the Adobe Sign tags. If non-standard font > change Font to Arial / Times New Roman / Calibri.
2. Highlight the Tags and remove any Styles or formatting in Word.
3. Save and re-upload the template
