Upgrading to the latest package version of Nintex DocGen fails after Nov 2023. We understand the importance of a seamless transition and wanted to provide you with a comprehensive update.
The identified issue is a result of a known anomaly introduced in Salesforce's Winter release (https://issues.salesforce.com/issue/a028c00000xBGdKAAW/~ ). Rest assured, Salesforce is actively working to resolve this matter. Meanwhile, our development team has successfully tested a workaround that will enable you to proceed with the upgrade.
Instructions
It is important to note that, during this upgrade, there is a known bug pertaining to the update of the Availability section within the DocGen Package record page in Salesforce Lightning. However, we have implemented a workaround to address this issue. To update the Availability section, kindly switch to Salesforce Classic temporarily.
Please be informed that we have already raised a defect report for the Availability issue, and our dedicated team is committed to delivering a fix for this in the upcoming month.
