When using SFTP in order to send documents to a specific folder you must add the file path to the end of the credentials in Drawloop  Admin 3rd party integrations. 

Example: 

Normal SFTP: ftp1.exacttarget.com

Modified SFTP to send to a specific folder: ftp1.exacttarget.com/Import
