How to add a Dynamic Image to the header/footer using a PDF Stamp.

Create PDF Stamp on the Document Package (see Related Links for creation details)
  - Type = Image
  - Stamp Text = The Drawloop tag where the image URL exists
  - Vertical Alignment = Top for a Header / Bottom for a Footer
  - Vertical Offset = 0
  - Horizontal Alignment = Center

Choose the delivery method the Header/Footer will be included in as well as the template(s) it will be used on.
